Nueva Estructura del Programa de afiliados
Tenemos un nuevo programa de afiliados que se iniciará de inmediato.
El hecho es que el programa de afiliados ha sido muy maltratado. Lejos demasiados miembros por cuenta propia se refiere a crear una comisión libre y luego se retiran de la comisión de referencia y volver a depositar la creación de otra comisión. Hemos considerado la eliminación del programa de afiliados en total. Sin embargo, hemos decidido reestructurar en un esfuerzo para permitir que siga siendo aún eliminar las prácticas abusivas que se utiliza. Creemos que la reestructuración será realmente un beneficio para los que participan honesta. Definitivamente va a disuadir a aquellos que han estado abusando del programa.
Ya no será un beneficio para los miembros de las comisiones de retirar y volver a depositar. En realidad, perderá dinero si siguen esta estrategia. Ya no será un beneficio para los programas de RCB para insistir en sus miembros la retirada de sus principio y volver a continuación, volver a depositar la creación de comisiones de referencia adicional sobre el dinero que ya ha creado una comisión de referencia.

Nivel 3) Paga 1% - estos son los casos remitidos por el nivel de 2 referencias
Este hotel de 3 niveles o multi nivel, la estructura será una oportunidad muy lucrativa para los que tienen la capacidad de comercialización.
Todas las tasas de referencia será pagado a su cuenta de 'retirar' 7 días después de su referencia hace un depósito.
Los miembros que continúen abusando del programa será eliminado de la pertenencia de todo. New Affiliate Program Structure
We have a new Affiliate Program that will begin immediately.
The fact is, the affiliate program has been heavily abused. Far too many members are self referring to create a free commission and then they withdraw the referral commission and redeposit to create yet another commission. We have considered eliminating the Affiliate Program altogether. However, we decided to restructure it in an effort to allow it to remain yet eliminate the abusive tactics being used. We feel that the restructuring will actually be a benefit to those that participate honestly. It will definitely deter those that have been abusing the program.
No longer will it be a benefit to members to withdraw commissions and redeposit. They will actually lose money if they continue this strategy. No longer will it be a benefit to RCB programs to insist on their members withdrawing their Principle and Return then re-depositing to create additional referral commissions on monies that have already created a referral commission.
The new policies will remove the abusive tactics, allow the members to continue to earn from their marketing efforts, increase the commissions to those that are marketing and provide PTV with additional capital for contests, upgrades, improvements and overall progression.
Starting today the affiliate program will pay out on 3 levels
Level 1) Pays 3% - these are your personally referred members.
Level 2) Pays 2% - these are the referrals made by your personally referred level one members
Level 3) Pays 1% - these are the referrals made by your level 2 referrals
This 3 Tiered, or Multi Level, structure will provide a very lucrative opportunity to those that have the ability to market it.
ALL referral fees will be paid to your 'Withdraw' account 7 days after your referral makes a deposit.
Members that continue to abuse the program will be eliminated from membership altogether. If your desire is to take advantage of this opportunity in a way other than what is intended by PTV, then your account will be closed, your principle will be returned at the end of its term provided you are not already in profit. If this restructuring is of no effective, we will eliminate the Affiliate Program altogether.
The majority of our membership has been honest in its dealings with PTV. The minority seems to be the issue. It is unfortunate that the minority often creates problems for the whole. This is a sign of the times and one of the primary reasons the world as a whole is in the condition it is in. Our desire is to provide a program where all can benefit. However we refuse to continue to provide a structure for those that would cause damage.
